  • Your responsibilities:
    • Installation and setup of tracking interfaces, APIs, and Trademob products, while working directly with developers, clients, 3rd party services and internal teams on post integration issues to provide technical support, consulting and best practices
    • Participate in the development of tools, systems and processes to improve product accessibility
    • Provide leadership to others and coordinate activities, particularly junior engineers who work on the same team
    • Work closely with Product Management, IT, Campaign Management and sales teams to improve Trademob products, and interact with QA to drive exceptional testing quality
    • Organize smooth collaboration among the team members and any departments that might need to get involved
    • Coordinate resolution of issues, remove impediments, follow up on issues
    Your skills:
    • Service oriented mentality and at least two years of work experience in a help-desk or customer support environment
    • Solid understanding of mobile operating systems and the app eco system
    • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team
    • Achievement of high accuracy and quality levels while working to tight deadlines
    • Ability to tailor technical solutions to customer-specific issues
    • Excellent communicator as a crucial interface between the operative departments
    • Good command of SQL as well as fluent business English
    • Experience in agile methodologies and their implementation in a company is a plus

  • Your responsibilities:
    • Development and optimization of our real-time advertising platform: over a billion requests daily, ads served to millions of mobile users across Europe
    • Conception and implementation of complex and scalable data processing: hundreds of Gigabytes of additional data every day!
    • Architecture and code quality
    Your skills:
    • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
    • B.S. or M.S. in Software Engineering, with a solid background in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, scalability)
    • At least 3 years experience writing production-ready object-oriented code in a web environment (C++, C#, Java, Go, etc.). Real-life experience with Node.js and Amazon Web Services a strong plus
    • Strong develop skills with a constant focus on robustness, automation and monitoring (Python, Ruby, Chef, Git, Jenkins, Nagios, Graphite, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of Big Data systems (Cassandra, Hadoop, Elastic Map Reduce, Redshift) a great bonus!
    • You speak fluently English and another language would be a plus

  • Your Responsibilities
    • Being completely responsible for strategic planning, execution and optimization of our DSP Campaigns for mobile devices
    • Generating and preparing complex, digital data sets of our DSP mobile campaigns as well as evaluating status updates, performance analyses and forecasts
    • Working closely with our experts in IT and Data Analytics to define and implement the requirements for our DSP product
    • Supporting your team in achieving the best possible results for our clients in optimizing our DSP campaigns
    • As a market observer and a trend scout you are always aware of the newest developments in the mobile market and not afraid to share your knowledge with others
    • You act as an interface between our national and international partners, as well as our IT and sales team
    Your skills:
    • You are currently successfully studying or you are a recent Bachelor/Master graduate in business studies (e.g. mathematics, statistics, finance or marketing) or (telecommunications) engineering with a strong analytical focus
    • Ideally you have already a profound understanding of the iOS and Google Play App Stores
    • You have experience in using SQL
    • You have very good analytical and conceptional capabilities
