  • Your responsibilities:
    • You are the voice & the face of the company by taking over the correspondence in German and English (Telephone, Email & Reception)
    • Sole responsibility for Office Management
    • Monitor, plan and coordinate purchases for the entire office area
    • Support management with ongoing operational and administrative daily business
    • Organize and book travel arrangements as well as prepare travel expense reports for management
    • Plan and coordinate company meetings and events
    • Administer corporate documents and sort incoming & outgoing mail

    Your skills:
    • Successful completion of your business studies or an equivalent training
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Assistant / Office Manager

    • Consultative solution sales approach focused on client's needs

  • We are looking for smart, self-motivated software engineers to strengthen our development team. Our technology stack makes heavy use of Node.js, Redis, Cassandra zeroMQ and REST and is built upon Amazon Web Services. We run servers in 3 data centers across Europe & the US and handle several billion requests & TB daily.       Your Responsibilities:
      • Development and optimization of our real-time advertising platform
      • Conception and implementation of complex and scalable data processing
      • Architecture and code quality
      Your Skills:
      • B.S. or M.S. in Software Engineering with a solid background in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, scalability)
      • At least 3 years experience writing production-ready code in an object oriented or functional programming language, preferably JavaScript / Node.js
      • Strong development skills with a constant focus on robustness, automation, testing and monitoring
